About G1 Golf
In The Beginning.
G1 Golf exists for one reason: to put a golf club in every kid’s hands — no matter where they live or what their family can afford. We’re the first introductory golf program built from scratch for children ages 3–9.
Where It Started
Golf has always had an access problem. The sport asks families to show up with the right gear, the right membership, and enough gas in the tank to get to a course that’s rarely close to home. For most communities — especially lower-income neighborhoods — that’s just not realistic.
G1 Golf was built to change that math. By partnering with churches, YMCAs, rec centers, and schools, we bring beginner golf experiences directly into the gyms and ball fields those communities already use.

What Makes Us Different
Most junior golf programs are designed for kids who already have a head start. G1 isn’t that.
💰 Affordable
All equipment is provided. Program costs stay in line with other youth rec sports, and we fund scholarships for families that need extra support.
📍 Accessible
No golf course required. G1 programs run in gymnasiums, soccer fields, multipurpose rooms — any flat space. We bring golf into the neighborhoods where kids already are.
🎯 Actually Fun
Traditional golf instruction doesn’t work for a five-year-old. Our games-based curriculum keeps kids moving, laughing, and learning through play.

Our Approach to Teaching
G1 programs use a station-based, games-first format. Kids rotate through six colorful stations while coaches guide them through activities that build muscle memory without the boredom of a traditional range session.
The four core golf skills — putting, chipping, pitching, and the full swing — are taught through repetitive motion, learning rhymes, and play.
Every G1 experience includes faith-based character-building curriculum. Kids leave with more than a better golf swing.
Faith-Based Character Development
Every G1 experience includes daily life skills and virtues curriculum developed in-house. Kids explore virtues like patience, self-control, kindness, faithfulness, and integrity — woven into the program in a way that’s age-appropriate, memorable, and genuinely fun.
Who We Partner With
G1 Golf works with community organizations that want to offer something different. Our partners include churches, YMCAs, public schools, recreation departments, and nonprofit organizations across the United States.
When you partner with G1, you get an annual partnership with full access to our equipment, curriculum, live and on-demand training, and a full partner media kit. We handle the heavy lifting. You bring the kids.
